We accept returns for the following reasons:

Incorrect Items

• Items must be unwashed/unworn and in brand new condition.
• Sales items / promotion items are strictly non exchangeable/ returnable/ refundable.
• We do not do exchange for free-sized items that does not fit as the measurements are clearly provided on our site
• Defectives or Incorrect Items Must be return to us within 14 days
• After reecieved the defect item

we will return rm8 postage

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email/messages to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, then the request will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (within 30days from the request approved date)
